I loved the modern big windows in my room, but the elevator was out during my stay.

Generous breakfast offering with delicious options.
I found the staff's knowledge lacking, especially during check-in. The elevator was out of order for part of my stay, making it inconvenient with heavy luggage. Additionally, I felt the dining experience was subpar as I was placed at an undesirable table despite making a reservation in advance.

The final verdict on this
Tucked just a short walk from the train station, this hotel was a fantastic home base! The breakfasts were nothing short of amazing, boasting the best croissants I've ever had. Also, the staff was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond, especially during our family's minor health scare.

The hotel's complimentary breakfast featured a variety of fresh products, and the staff's attentiveness made our dining experience enjoyable, especially when they helped with my fall while on a hiking trip.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored Diavolezza and the beautiful Muottas Muragl. The hotel's location is super convenient for day trips. The breakfast is really awesome with tons of options. The friendly staff helped us sort out our plans, too.
Our room was a bit too warm at night, even with the window open, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep.

The location near the train station made our arrival very easy! ! It was only a short walk with our luggage. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the staff were friendly, helping us explore local attractions. I especially loved the mountain view from my room, which added a beautiful backdrop to our stay.

The Standard Double Room was cozy with rustic charm and super clean. Loved the comfy bed and the stunning mountain views from the window—definitely made waking up a treat! Just a heads up, the room could've used a couple more charging points for all our devices, but not a huge deal. The heated bathroom floors were a nice touch too, especially in the colder weather.
